Greetings and blessings, thank you for your interest in our ministry. My name is Joezel Alicea, my wife is Ana Alicea, and I would like to share part of our testimony with you. Ana and I were born and raised in the city of Ponce on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. We start our lives at a very young age; my wife Ana had her first son Alex at the age of fifteen and I had my first daughter, Maika at sixteen years of age. We have known each other since we were very young, since we live in the same community. I was in love with her but it wasn't until the last year of high school that we began to share as boyfriends. My dreams came true and on November 8, 1997 we were married. Two weeks later we moved to the city of Orlando, FL. where because of bad decisions and a wild life, we live very difficult times, which took our marriage to the point of divorce. To try to save our marriage we moved to the city of Stuart, FL. in the year 2000, and it is there where we received a visit from our Lord Jesus Christ who transformed our lives forever.
Although I had had the opportunity to be educated in the gospel, I had never had a personal experience with Jesus Christ. About a month passed and our marital problems continued, anguished and despondent, Ana cried out to the Father and suddenly heard His voice which insisted that she go on her knees and pray. Although she argued with God first, Ana decides to obey his voice and by order of the Lord calls her brother and his wife (who opened the doors of their home, making our transfer to that city possible), she obeys the voice of God and when he manages to wake up his brother Ana he begins to say what God was telling him. They were able to understand that we were being visited by Jesus Christ himself. At that moment I arrived at the room and realized the visitation; God was giving us the opportunity to restore our lives and save our marriage! On that same night we received Jesus Christ in our hearts, and from that day the transformation of our lives began. That day we saw fulfilled in us what is written in 2 Corinthians 5:17 "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."

That same week we began looking for a church and the Lord led us to a very active Pentecostal church in the city of Stuart, FL. where we were trained and prepared for five years. There I also had the opportunity to graduate with an Associate in Theology at Mizpa Christian University. In the year 2001 the Lord blesses us with our third son Joezel Jr. (our seer), and in November 2004 they are called and sent to the ministry. In response to our call, we moved to the city of Greer, South Carolina, and began shepherding there.
In the year 2009 God sends us to raise up a new church, and in the month of January 2010 we founded the New Beginning International Ministry, Inc. In the year 2013 we were anointed to the apostolic and prophetic ministry in front of an apostolic presbytery composed of different ministers and the congregation. In August 2018 God gave me the opportunity to be certified as a speaker, coach and leadership trainer by the John Maxwell Team.
To this day we continue to enjoy working in the Lord, restoring lives, setting the captive free, healing the sick, the wounded, raising up, equipping and sending out leaders, to enhance the kingdom of God. And if he did it to us, he can do it to you... 2 Cor. 5:17
